I still don’t own this.
I do own this. And I reeeeally like it.
But I’m dying to test metal vs. silicone because I’m curious like that.
Both pans are similar in color, but this one is heavy cast aluminum, designed to heat evenly. Or so they say.
The silicone version has been fantastic for baking individual pie slices. So easy!
But for some reason, I think this cast aluminum pan would work better for those pizza pockets I want to make for the kids’ lunches.
And, you know, you could always make scones in this pan. Great for breakfast with a cup of tea after the kids have gone to school. Ahhhhhh.
Gonna have to dig one up somewhere… maybe right here would be a good place.
Duh.
