I thought I had ample kitchen counter space, until I started baking and baking.  And.  Baking.

Now, I have bread everywhere, in different stages, all over the kitchen, and it seems, I need some extra flat area.  Just a little.  Like the little I’d get from a handy rolly cart like this one.
