This is the coolest baking pan I’ve seen in a long time, and I’ve been around the block a few times, you know?

I’ve seen this one, which I love, and this one that my kids are begging for and this one too. The problem with many cake pans is that they come in funny shapes and all… like round. (Quick, name that movie reference!) You use them once and then never again.
OK. Let me tell you about the Reversible Edible Loaf Bowl Maker. Did you ever go to San Francisco and notice that every tourist is eating soup or chili out of an edible bread bowl? Well, this is the same concept, ‘cept’n it’s not for bread, it’s for CAKE!
Yeaaaah, baby. Bake a deliciously decadent chocolate cake in the large side and fill the resulting cake with fresh berries. Or, use the reverse side to bake delicious mini muffins, tarts, small cakes and much more. I can see using this pan for tons of things from angel food cake (filled with berries and chocolate ganache) to cornbread (filled with chili). This would make a great inexpensive but novel gift for your favorite cook!
