If you do alot of holiday baking, like I do, you need this Baker’s Mate Organizing Rack which doesn’t so much as organize as it does make space to cool a ton of baked goods.

This rack is great for anyone that bakes cookies galore because in addition to creating space where there was little, it folds flat for easy storage and is so sturdy is can hold up to 4 pizza stones.  That’s a heavy load.
