Get your veggies on… the grill, that is.  I grilled asparagus the other day, with some difficulty, because those little stems kept falling through the grill grate.  We’ve been grilling a lot lately, partially because it’s too hot to turn on the oven and also because I hate to clean pans.  So, I found this nonstick copper grill pan to stop the asparagus from diving into the fire, and you know what?  It works beautifully for that, as well as fish and kebobs.   This pan is a snap to clean, because, you know, it’s non-stick.  Rinse and swish and go.  Nice and heavy duty and cooks quickly.  Love it.  Get one.
