I own a Van Gogh.  This one right here.  I cut my veggies on it and then fold it up to slide them right into the saute pan.  It works beautifully and I love seeing my favorite painting ever on a daily basis.  I would own the real thing, if I could.  But, I can’t.  So, this plastic chopping mat will have to do.

This lovely painting has a non-slip surface to it will stay put when you’re doing your chopping thing.  Easy to clean.  Easy to store, ’cause it rolls up.  Really.  Get one.  Right now.
