When Pioneer Woman posted this recipe, I thought I’d died and gone to heaven. But I didn’t. Not until I ate it.
Homemade Pasta Bolognese. Actually straight from her house guest and internet bud, Pastor Ryan. Did you know homemade pasta is just flour and eggs? If only I’d have known, I would have whipped some up before now. So easy… although I did cheat and used the food processor to do the work. The pastor used this long pizza knife to slice his pasta nice and straight. Great idea, if you’re into straight lines and even pasta pieces. You know I am, although I’m currently in therapy for it.
This pizza knife will also work very well at slicing pizza. I know. Who would have guessed? This is the kind of pizza cutter the pros use… like the dudes making the big pies at your local pizza hangout.
