Watching Food Network TV today and all the peeps have these beautiful wooden cutting boards on their counters, so of course I decided that I must have one as well.  In truth, I have been looking for a larger cutting board than my current 5″ * 8″ white plastic boards.  Yes, really.  I have a stack of the small plastic ones in the drawer by the island, and I just grab a new one each time I cut something.  Not so efficient.  Not so environmentally-conscious.  Not so pretty.  Definitely not counter-worthy.
